1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Agent PLUS Annual Plan (“Service”), a premium subscription provided by McRae Expert Services LLC (dba “McRae Strategies”), through our website and/or partner platforms.

By purchasing or accessing this plan, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use or subscribe to the Service.

2. Service Description

The Agent PLUS Annual Plan includes:
- Access to Real Estate Pro Content Multiplier via invite link
- Premium templates, prompts, and workflows
- Priority email support
- Additional tools or content as described on the product page

3. Subscription Term & Renewal

- This is an annual subscription, billed once per year.
- Your plan will automatically renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Renewal pricing will be disclosed at the time of original purchase and may change with advance notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are offered once access has been granted unless required by law.
- If your payment fails or is reversed, your access may be suspended or revoked.

5. Access Requirements

To use the full functionality of this plan, you must:
- Access the tool from the membership portal and provided link. The link and URL changes regularly to prevent sharing, and is monitored for access.
- Follow instructions to activate your invite link
- Keep your account information (name, email) accurate and current

You are responsible for ensuring you meet technical requirements to access the tools.

-Links to ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Gemini are provided as a convenience access. In order to use those tools, you must establish a direct login with that provider. Some image generation providers charge for access. McRae Expert Services, LLC at the time of publication, does not sell or manage any image generation platform.

-Links to Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and LinkIn are also provided as a convenience. Use the links to access your own accounts. McRae Expert Services, LLC at the time of publication, does not sell or manage any social media platforms.

6. License and Usage Restrictions

- Your subscription grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal or professional business use.
- You may not:
  • Share your invite link publicly or with others
  • Resell, duplicate, or redistribute the content or tool access
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in termination of access without refund, along with possible litigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Agent PLUS plan (including prompts, designs, templates, and AI-generated content frameworks) are the intellectual property of McRae Expert Services, LLC, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features

- Adjust pricing
- Update terms with reasonable notice

Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial use of the subscription term.

10. Disclaimers

- This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Midjourney, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), or any other affiliates
- Results from AI tools are not guaranteed and may vary.
- You are responsible for verifying and appropriately using all generated content, including but not limited to your brokerage, state licensing, and NAR guidelines and regulations. McRae Expert Services, LLC takes no liability for any public posts or other information that in generated through it's Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McRae Expert Services, LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
